Key Responsibilities1. HR Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
Manage attendance, leave records, HR reports, and support payroll activities.
Coordinate with management on HR-related tasks, policies, and procedures.
2. Fee Collection & Accounts Support
Follow up with students for pending fees via calls/WhatsApp.
Maintain fee records, receipts, and update payment details in the system.
Track daily fee collections and pending dues.
Prepare management reports (pending list, daily collection report, etc.).
Handle students politely and maintain professionalism during fee follow-ups.
3. Placement Coordination
Contact companies and HR teams to create placement opportunities for students.
Schedule student interviews and assist them throughout the placement process.
Maintain placement records, follow progress, and track selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong company relationships for ongoing placement support.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Malayalam).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional attitude and disciplined work ethic.
Experience in the education sector (preferred).
