Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations and supporting the organization in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle confidential information, ensure compliance with HR policies, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
Performance & Development
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Track employee performance and feedback.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
Support implementation and updates of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
