Qualification
MBA HR
Minimum 2 - 3 years of Experience
Recruitment & staffing management
Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes
Managing onboarding and induction
Handling employee relations and grievance resolution
Managing HR operations and employee records
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
Supporting performance management processes
Coordinating training and development programs
Preparing HR reports and documentation
Ensuring adherence to labor laws
Supporting employee engagement activities.
