to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and supporting HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selections.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR database.
Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and update HRMS systems.
Coordinate performance evaluations and assist in training needs.
Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a supportive workplace environment.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per company standards.
Support payroll processing by sharing necessary employee data (attendance, incentives, deductions, etc.)
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (0.6 -3 years preferred) in HR operations or similar role.(freshers can apply)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS systems and MS Office Suite.
Good understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and labor regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
