Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the complete hiring process--sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless experience.
Talent Acquisition:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and HR consultancies; maintain strong relationships to enhance hiring channels.
Job Posting:
Publish and promote job openings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job boards.
Screening & Interviews:
Review resumes, conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
HR Metrics Tracking:
Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire) and support improvements in hiring strategies.
Manager Collaboration:
Partner with department heads to align hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR, particularly recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Experience optimizing recruitment processes and strategies.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job sites.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
