Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain healthy employee relations and address concerns promptly.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain employee database, attendance, and leave management.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain HR records, personnel files, and compliance documents.
Process payroll inputs--attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, etc.
4. Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance review processes.
Coordinate with team leads to collect performance data.
5. Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Update HR policies as needed in coordination with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of basic HR policies and statutory compliance.
