We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.
The candidate should have
good knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and gratuity
. The role involves working with government departments, keeping compliance records up to date, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all activities related to statutory compliance - PF, ESI, gratuity, labour welfare fund, and professional tax.
Maintain and update employee records as per statutory requirements.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and liaison with relevant authorities.
Manage and support labour relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in compliance with applicable labour laws.
Stay updated on amendments in labour laws and employment legislation.
Support HR operations such as attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Labour Law / Industrial Relations or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR statutory and labour relations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance accuracy.
