We are looking for an HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee database.
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate training, workshops, and performance reviews.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, Google Workspace, HRMS).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
