Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and update HR documents.
Assist in preparing payroll and coordinating with the accounts team.
Manage employee relations and address staff queries or grievances.
Support performance evaluation and training initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with company standards.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and scheduling.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years of HR experience
, preferably in the
hotel or hospitality sector

Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software.
