About the Role:



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

HR Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

IT recruitment

,

HR operations

, and

vendor management

. You will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent, managing HR processes, and building strong relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition (IT Focus):



Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

for IT and technical positions -- from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit. Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs. Ensure smooth and timely closures of open positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Vendor Management:



Source, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment vendors

and consultants. Maintain vendor agreements, coordinate profiles received, and track vendor performance. Act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain transparent communication with vendors.

HR Operations:



Support onboarding and induction of new hires; manage documentation and employee records. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll-related inputs. Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR communications. Manage exit processes and ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

.

Minimum 4 years

of experience in HR, with at least

2 years in IT recruitment

. Proven experience in

vendor sourcing, onboarding, and coordination

. Strong understanding of

technical hiring, HR policies, and processes

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:



Experience working in an

IT services, consulting, or technology-driven environment

. Exposure to

employer branding, campus hiring

, and

HR analytics

.
