Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
Good knowledge of HR functions, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
