Manage end-to-end recruitment processes -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Manage employee grievances and provide HR-related support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in training and development programs for employee
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in HR operations or similar role.
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
