Job Description

HR administration: Maintain detailed employee records, manage HR databases, and handle all administrative tasks and sensitive information with confidentiality. Employee relations and engagement: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, organize employee events, and promote a positive and productive company culture. Recruitment and onboarding Manage the entire hiring process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to conducting interviews and handling new hire paperwork and orientation. post job descriptions and advertisements. Ensure a smooth transition into the company by helping new employees understand company policies and culture. Payroll and Attendance Management Keep records up to date for inspections and internal reviews. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Employee Records Management HR Software Knowledge:
