Responsible for the entire Manpower Planning, Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, Managing employee engagement initiatives and effective employee communication channel & handling employee grievance and initiating disciplinary actions as and when required, Key resource in completing HR and Admin Dashboard with necessary data analysis and taking corrective and preventive actions if any, Experience in Statutory affairs.
Candidate having 4 years of expertise in NBFC HR Field preferred.
