We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-up.
Help manage employee benefits administration and answer employee inquiries.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Organize and maintain HR documents, files, and databases.
Provide support in performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and other HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in an HR role is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
