Responsibilities
Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and projects.
Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
Handle Sales inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Update the daily reports.
Prepare documents relevant to hiring and follow ups to be done accordingly
Follow up on payments
Need to handle other admin works as assigned
Requirements
Excellent communication Skills required.
Confident in reaching out to corporate HRs and startup founders.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Must be based in Thiruvananthapuram or willing to relocate.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate or MBA-HR
Good communication and convincing skills.
Bold and Confident.
Willing to learn and take new initiatives.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of HR experience.
