Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

: Hiring skilled professionals for MEP projects in India and abroad, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Employee Relations & Engagement

: Managing workforce concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management.

Payroll & Compensation Management

: Handling salaries, benefits, and tax compliance across different regions.

Compliance & Legal Regulations

: Ensuring adherence to labor laws in India and Guyana, including visa processing for international employees.

Training & Development

: Conducting skill enhancement programs for employees to meet industry standards.

HR Strategy & Policy Implementation

: Developing HR policies that align with the company's global expansion and project needs.

Workforce Planning & Deployment

: Coordinating manpower allocation for various projects across India and Guyana.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Aluva Town Bus Stand, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
