Job Description

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave management. Assist in payroll preparation and maintain necessary documentation. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws. Coordinate with internal departments to address HR-related requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR (internship experience can be considered).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
