Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and ensure accurate data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with various department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
Manage employee engagement activities including birthday/work anniversary celebrations and internal communications.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and maintaining employee files and documentation.
Support monthly HR reporting, MIS preparation, and submission to management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory regulations, and company standards.
Address employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
Contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.
