Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain employee records and handle attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Support performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (HR/Business Administration preferred).
0-1 years of experience in HR (manufacturing/construction industry is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
