Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized

HR Executive

to manage daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end

recruitment process

(job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding) Maintain employee records and handle

HR documentation

Manage

attendance, payroll processing, and leave records

Assist with

ESIC, PF

, and

statutory compliance

Organize

training sessions

, workshops, and employee engagement activities Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed Prepare HR reports and support audits when required

Requirements:

1 to 3 years

of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internship experience can also apply) Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with

labor laws, PF/ESIC

, and HRMS tools Good organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in

MS Office

and HR software/tools
