Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, incentives, etc.).
Involve in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and support audits/documentation.
Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and communication.
Support training and development activities and maintain training records.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Track probation periods, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Provide administrative support in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience preferred (freshers with strong internship experience may apply).
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR software is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
