We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive
to manage the end-to-end HR functions of our academy and business operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting management in building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Source, screen, and interview candidates for academic, administrative, and support roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer rollouts.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth employee induction.
Build a positive work environment through engagement activities and feedback sessions.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, and statutory requirements.
Draft HR policies, employee handbooks, and contracts.
Payroll & Performance Management
Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing.
Track employee performance and support appraisal cycles.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development workshops.
Support management in building internal growth systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (education sector preferred but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹9,240.58 - ₹30,023.44 per month
