Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performance management, training, and development programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in an HR Executive role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
