What you'll be up to:

Be the Go-To - Tackle day-to-day HR queries like a pro and keep things running smoothly.

Keep the Team Organized - Maintain spotless HR records and employee databases

Spark Engagement - Dream up and drive fun, meaningful employee activities that bring people together.

Hire Like a Boss - From job posts to onboarding, you'll own the hiring journey from start to finish.

Track the Time - Handle attendance, leave, and payroll data.

Crew Connector - Sync with production teams to plan manpower and crew schedules that hit every deadline.

Requirements: Educational Qualification: ₹ MAHRM, PGDM(HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree specializing in Human Resources. Skills: ₹ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills ? Strong Leadership & Commanding Presence ? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ? HR Tools & Labor Law Knowledge ? Multi-tasking & Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,240.58 - ₹35,023.44 per month
