Role Summary


We are looking for a dynamic

HR Executive

(Females candidates preferred) who is passionate about driving core HR processes while actively engaging with clients and employees. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently handle client-facing responsibilities, lead employee engagement initiatives, and support the HR team in ensuring seamless HR operations. The position involves travel to client locations, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in interactive, people-centric environments.

Key Responsibilities



Lead

employee engagement initiatives

, including planning and executing client-specific programs and activities. Visit client offices to conduct HR support tasks, employee interactions, and engagement drives. Support client onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR documentation. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection activities such as sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. Draft and issue HR communications, letters, and other official documentation. Assist in training coordination, HR audits, and structured feedback collection. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. Represent Xpert-One with professionalism and accountability in all client-facing interactions.

Candidate Profile



Qualification: MBA in Human Resources Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in face-to-face interactions. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage

employee engagement programs

. Willingness to travel regularly to client sites. Energetic, people-oriented, and proactive in execution. Collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Salary hike applicable after successful completion of probation period
