Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle recruitment and onboarding of employees Maintain employee records and attendance Assist with payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) Manage employee leaves and HR documents Support employee engagement and training activities Address basic employee queries and issues Help with performance reviews and exit process

Required Skills:



Good communication and people skills Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) Organized and detail-oriented

Qualification:



MBA in HR (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
