Key Responsibilities



Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Assist in payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leave, and other data. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Organize employee engagement activities, birthdays, and work anniversary celebrations. Support performance management processes and maintain appraisal records. Draft HR reports (monthly/quarterly) and present to management. Coordinate training and development activities. Support the HR Head in implementing HR policies and strategies.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
