THiNC Institue of Design is the fastest growing coaching institution that specializes in Architecture and Design Entrance Examination. We are actively looking for HR Executives who can join our team immediately. HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the HR department including recruitment, statutory compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment and Onboarding Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interview. Handle offer letters and conduct induction programmes for the new employee. Maintain and update employee records regarding attendance, leave and assist in drafting HR policies and compliance. Ensure statutory compliance(PF,ESI, Gratuity etc) Support managers in monitoring employee KPIs and performance improvement plans.

Qualification and skills:



Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations. Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
