Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in job postings, application screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes.
Employee Records Management
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling employee information.
Onboarding and Orientation
Support new hire onboarding, including document collection, induction programs, and orientation schedules.
Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial period.
HR Documentation
Prepare and update HR-related documents such as policies, procedures, and templates.
Ensure HR documentation is properly organized and accessible.
Training and Development Coordination
Assist in scheduling training sessions and workshops.
Track employee participation and maintain training records.
Employee Relations Support
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the HR Manager in planning team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
Performance Management
Assist in organizing and facilitating performance review processes.
Track performance metrics, maintain appraisal records, and provide necessary reports.
Support in identifying training needs and development plans based on performance reviews.
Compliance and Policies
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications
Education
