Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, documentation, etc.)
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submissions
Implement and manage employee performance appraisal systems and KPIs
Conduct periodic performance reviews in collaboration with department heads
Support employee development initiatives, including training and upskilling programs
Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement activities
Draft and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines
