Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support to employees and management Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct employee training and development programs Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration Manage HR documentation, reports, and data analytics Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives Assist in workforce planning and talent management strategies

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred) 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or mid-size company Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Experience:

HR: 3 years (Preferred) Payroll: 3 years (Preferred) Total Work: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
