Role Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

HR Executive

to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling core HR activities, excellent knowledge of

HR formats/documentation

, and a high level of proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).



Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Documentation



Prepare, maintain, and manage employee records and HR formats such as: Appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, increment letters Leave applications, attendance reports, exit forms Full & Final settlement documentation Ensure proper filing and documentation of all HR records (both digital and physical) Maintain employee master database and regularly update HRMS/Excel sheets

2. Recruitment Support



Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews Prepare interview evaluation forms and candidate communication templates Maintain recruitment trackers and reports in Excel

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination



Track employee attendance, leaves, and maintain accurate Excel-based records Coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs (attendance, leave, LOPs) Ensure timely submission of salary processing data in the required format

4. Onboarding & Exit Management



Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, induction, and orientation Create and maintain onboarding checklists and welcome kits Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure full documentation

5. HR Communication & Reporting



Draft and format internal HR communications using MS Word and email templates Prepare monthly HR reports, headcount reports, and employee dashboards in Excel Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations for internal HR meetings

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role Strong

MS Office skills

VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, templates

Word:

HR letters, official documentation

PowerPoint:

Presentations and reports Excellent written and verbal communication Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus Familiarity with HR software/HRMS tools is an advantage

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
