Job description:

The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions. This includes attendance tracking, payroll processing, overtime & incentive calculation, salary administration, and supporting day-to-day administrative and HR operations in line with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Payroll & Salary



Prepare and process monthly salaries. Generate and distribute payslips.

2. Attendance & Leave



Maintain daily attendance records. Manage leave applications and records. Handle biometric or manual attendance system.

3. Overtime & Incentives



Track OT hours and calculate payments. Process monthly incentives as per company policy.

4. HR Support



Maintain employee records and files. Handle employee queries related to HR.

5. Administration



Manage office supplies and general upkeep. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Support day-to-day office operations.

Requirements



Graduate in HR or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR/Admin. Good knowledge of payroll and attendance systems. Basic MS Excel and computer skills. Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
