Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Management

: Overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.

Employee Relations

: Managing employee grievances, conflicts, and fostering positive workplace relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

: Administering payroll, benefits programs, and ensuring competitive pay plans.

Compliance

: Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Performance Management

: Coordinating and managing employee performance reviews and development plans.

HR Policy

: Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development

: Organizing training sessions and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Record Keeping

: Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
