Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
Support performance appraisal and feedback systems
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
Manage payroll inputs and liaise with finance for timely disbursements
Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Organize training and development programs
Requirements
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
