to manage day-to-day human resource activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage attendance, leave records, and performance appraisal process.
Support training and development programs.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy workplace culture.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment (freshers with internships can also apply).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
