Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for various roles.
Manage job postings, recruitment portals, and social media hiring.
Support other HR functions such as employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are implemented.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
