Manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment of manpower (housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff) for client sites.
Handle joining formalities, documentation, ID cards, and statutory compliance for all employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules in coordination with site supervisors.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance from different sites.
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, LWF, gratuity, minimum wages, and contract labor regulations.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in consultation with senior management.
Coordinate with site managers/supervisors for manpower planning and replacement requirements.
Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners and facilitate basic training programs.
Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance registers, and assist during audits/inspections.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities to improve retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of HR experience in facility management, security, or manpower outsourcing industry.
Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance in facility management.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multi-site workforce and travel to client sites when required.
