Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in candidate selection. Ensure smooth onboarding by preparing joining formalities, introducing new employees to the team, and familiarizing them with company policies and culture.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Accurately update and manage employee files and other HR-related data. Ensure all documents are properly stored (physical and digital) in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Coordinate training and development activities
- Identify training needs in consultation with department heads, schedule training sessions, communicate with trainers, and ensure employees attend. Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness
