Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are compliant with labor laws and company standards.
Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, attendance, etc.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of employee data.
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working in IT domain.
Familiarity with employee engagement tools and performance management systems.
