Motivated HR Executive to support and enhance the human resources operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management.
Required Candidate profile
2 to 5 years Exp. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices. You will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization.
About the Role:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate training, development programs, and certification tracking.
Execute employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
Maintain HR systems (e.g., LMS, payroll, attendance) and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
Assist with drafting policies and implementing HR best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,227.48 - ₹15,000.00 per month
