Key Responsibilities:

Placement Support:

Coordinate with companies for student placements, schedule interviews, and maintain placement records.

HR Training:

Deliver foundational HR sessions to students, covering core HR concepts and practical skills.

HR Counseling:

Guide and mentor students in choosing the right HR career path, resume building, and interview preparation.

College Outreach:

Conduct HR-related seminars and career guidance sessions in colleges and academic institutions. Assist in internal HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement at Future Optima. Maintain documentation and ensure smooth communication between students, colleges, and hiring companies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to guide and motivate students Good organizational and coordination skills Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in HR, Training, or Counseling preferred Passion for working with students and educational institutions

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
