We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR functions for a cafe chain. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain staff attendance and leave records.
Process monthly payroll and manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Drive employee engagement and coordinate performance evaluations.
Implement and update HR policies & procedures.
Oversee general HR operations and staff coordination across departments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and basic labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
Hands-on, proactive approach to people and process management.
