Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Executive to support HR operations, drive employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment: Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.

3. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

4. HR Policies: Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.

5. Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics.

Requirements

1. Education: Degree in HR, Business, or related field.

2. Experience: Experience in HR roles, preferably in executive capacity.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, laws, and regulations.
