. Your primary responsibility is to serve as the
confidential executive assistant and operations liaison

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Operational Support
Support the CMD in managing HR and operational initiatives across SBMS SAIRA (India & Dubai), Skillspark JV, and Learn Extra (Kochi & Idukki).
Act as the
central communication bridge
between the HO and branches, ensuring clarity and prompt reporting.
Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and organize reports for high-level leadership meetings.
Assist in
new project setups
, branch reviews, and strategic HR implementations.
Accompany CMD or senior executives to meetings, expos, and business events.
Panel-Based Duties & Representation
Serve as an active member of the
OMD Strategic Panel
, committed to upholding the management's standards, dignity, and brand identity.
Help organize and host
corporate expos, leadership events, client visits
, and internal programs.
Provide
feedback reports
, assist in employee engagement evaluations, and maintain event coordination protocols.
Ensure that all engagements reflect
