We are establishing a

Strategic Operations Panel

under the

Office of the Managing Director (OMD)

to uphold and implement the highest standards of integrity, efficiency, and corporate values across all ventures of Sairaworld Pvt Ltd.

As an

Executive Secretary - HR & Operations

, you will work directly under the

CMD (Chairman & Managing Director)

and collaborate with the

CFO

and

CHRM (Chief HR Manager)

. Your primary responsibility is to serve as the

confidential executive assistant and operations liaison

, while representing the company in a polished and dignified manner across all levels.

This is not a typical desk job--it's an opportunity to

build leadership experience

core corporate panel

that monitors and uplifts organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic HR & Operational Support



Support the CMD in managing HR and operational initiatives across SBMS SAIRA (India & Dubai), Skillspark JV, and Learn Extra (Kochi & Idukki). Act as the

central communication bridge

between the HO and branches, ensuring clarity and prompt reporting. Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and organize reports for high-level leadership meetings. Assist in

new project setups

, branch reviews, and strategic HR implementations. Accompany CMD or senior executives to meetings, expos, and business events.

Panel-Based Duties & Representation



Serve as an active member of the

OMD Strategic Panel

, committed to upholding the management's standards, dignity, and brand identity. Help organize and host

corporate expos, leadership events, client visits

, and internal programs. Provide

feedback reports

, assist in employee engagement evaluations, and maintain event coordination protocols. Ensure that all engagements reflect

SAIRA's professional and ethical standards

Mobility & Work Style



Willingness to

travel

to workstations in

Adoor, Kochi, Trivandrum, Idukki, Bangalore, and Dubai

Education & Eligibility



Bachelor's Degree

in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent. Freshers with passion, discipline, and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or assistant experience is a plus but not mandatory.

HR & Operations Knowledge

: Basic understanding of HR protocols and office administration.

Executive Support

: Skilled in calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.

Digital Tools Proficiency

: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tally/ERP platforms.

Communication Tools

: Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools for content and report generation.

Multitasking & Confidentiality

: Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
