The HR Executive will support the HR department in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, and maintaining employee records to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate job postings and advertisements.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Assist in conducting interviews and candidate evaluation.
Facilitate onboarding process and orientation for new hires.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or manual systems.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related documents.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave records.
Support benefits administration and respond to employee queries.
Employee Relations & Communication:
Address employee queries and grievances with confidentiality.
Support employee engagement activities and company events.
Assist in preparation of HR reports and metrics for management review.
Training & Development:Coordinate training schedules and assist in organizing learning programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient with MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
