Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with hospitality/retail/hotel management background. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, on-boarding and training & development.

Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-End recruitment with focus on front-line sales, F&B Service, F&B production roles from hospitality/retail sector. Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and manage selection processes. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality institutes, and job portals. Track and report recruitment metrics such as source efficiency and candidate data repository. Manage relationship with multiple campuses for GT and MT recruitment. Coordinate documentation, background checks, and pre-joining formalities. Ensure new employees have a seamless on-boarding experience and are integrated into the team effectively. Facilitate in-house training sessions on standard operating procedures. Continuously provide input and improve training content based on feedback. Handle employee queries related to policies, leaves, payroll coordination, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

MBA in HR 2 - 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition and Training Experience in hospitality, retail or service sector Strong presentation skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
