Job summary:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Post job openings on various platforms and ensure visibility across networks.

Coordinate and conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.

Schedule and manage online and offline interviews.

Communicate interview details to candidates and follow up post-interview.

New joinee staff verification of all the regions.

Assist in orientation sessions for on boarding employees.

Maintain up-to-date recruitment and employee databases.

Handle monthly reporting of recruitment and resignation analysis of all the regions.

Generate reports as required by management or regional offices.
