We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and support to our business units. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, a passion for employee development, and the ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the company. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee 1 relations. 1. j-uk.info j-uk.info Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals. Advise management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement employee engagement programs. Manage the company's HR budget. Conduct HR audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS systems.
